Dear Econolite Customers and Business Partners:

I hope that this message finds you and your family healthy and safe. I wanted to assure you that Econolite continues to proactively work to reduce the pandemic’s adverse impact on our customers, partners, and suppliers that rely on our products and services, while also doing our part to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Econolite has significantly expanded our web and video-based training offerings. In addition, we continue to actively respond to service calls, facilitate system installations and deployments, and fulfill and ship orders.

As of March 9, 2020, we restricted all non-essential travel, meetings, gatherings, workshops, and in-person training sessions aligned with local, State, and Federal guidelines.

Within our Manufacturing operations, compliance activities include additional shifts to provide social distancing and backup operational logistics. We’ve added additional larger buses to provide physical distancing for employees commuting to and from work and have been providing extensive sanitizing of the building and workspaces.

Designated as an “essential business,” Econolite remains open and operationally strong. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will maintain regular communication with you.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for any assistance, and again, I wish you and your family good health, always.

Sincerely,

Abbas Mohaddes
President and COO
